I'm making a new fresh installation. There's a lot of choices of item sorting mods. So which one is the best pick that isnt too complicated to install? I'm just looking for a descent inventory UI without going over the top which all need a sorting mod

I would edit the title if I could and I meant *ultrawidescreen. Here's the situation, I'm using a 2560 x 1080 resolution and tries to use the mods that strives to compensate Bethesda's lack of ultrawidescreen support. So far the best hope to fix the issues seems to be the "Truby9 fallout 4 Utrawidescreen fix" mod. The thing is the mods does fixes every UI issues except for the DEF_UI icons, despite the claims for compatibilities. When I'm looking at any items in any inventory menus I get messed up sorting tags instead of the icons provided by DEF_UI. I've been looking around for patches to fix that problem and there's so many mods from so many different author that claims to address this issue. The more I'm digging the more it get confusing xD I dont want to risk messing up my installation more than I did already. Also the "patches for patches" always sets me off, but I'm no expert though. Basically, all I'm looking for is some guidance on how to fix the ultrawidescreen incompatibities. The only UI mods I need is HUDfr and Def_UI. The sorting mod for the tags I use is Simplified Sorting (I dont mind to change for another one) I should post my load order whenever its possible

The title says it all and I dont seem to be the only person that is in that situation. The problem is there's so many patches that claims to fix widescreen issues for Def_UI, but I can't get anything to work after hours of fiddling around. I'm at the end of my wit and patiences. I know the problem is from my end. What are the working steps and patches that would allow me to play FO4 on widescreen with DEF_UI which feels like its required for most of the best mods? Hey guys. In the hype of Fallout 4, I recently installed Fallout 3 with a bunch of mods using Mod Organiser. Everything is fine so far. Among the popular mods I installed are FWE, RH_Ironsight, WMK, Fallout Redesigned and EVE. Then there is a bunch of compatibility patch like FOIP, Paradox Ignition Preset and Blackened. I do my homeworks, but its getting overwhelming lol. Wich one is up to date or obselete? Is any one of them better for my mod combo, than the other. Can anyone tell me wich patch is best for my set of mods please? Oh, and should I keep installing the patches that are from the mod's page? Thank you in advance.

Het guys, I got Perkus maximus installed with Immersive armor and weapon. Everything is running pretty smoothly beside one thing, the modded armors and weapon never drops with enchantment. Is that normal? does it happen rarely? I'm not supposed to use lootification with perma, right? Yes I got the perma patches, before you ask and I got the patchus. I use a merged patch and the bashed patch. Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

At least more soul cairn content would be pretty neat and more possible.

I'm I the only one that find silly to need to join the vampie hunting faction in order to join the Vohikar? I have the impression that such a mod could possible. For example, assuming the player is already a vampire and when the vigilants get destroyed, the player could get a letter from Harkon that promise a great reward if he save Serena from some vampire he doesnt trust. That would explain you would have to slaughter every vampire in the way. About why he would thrust them, well this is a vampire world after all... A simple letter in one of the vampire writtten has *mwuahahaha! I'm gonna kill Serana and get his Elder scroll and dominate the world!* would confirms Harkon's mistrust. I'm just tossing ideas, still it kills me to join the Dawngurd as a vampire. I find it really dumb, to be honest. What to you guys think?

Yes, there is ambient tracks, and adding costum ones into these files doesnt work and I am not sure about replacing them either. (I'm a total noob on scripting I might be wrong). I remember I could add track in the Oblivion game by simply dumping them into the fitting audio file, it was so simple that time.... When I tried this on NV, it just did nothing. That's why I have the impression that NV needs a script to reconise costum soundtrack. I have the impression the radio was meant to be more easier of access to add these. I'll try to get the hang on GECK, for the radio and for many other reasons too.

Wow, I've waiting long time for a mod that would let me visit the pre-war time in New Vegas and actually do something there. Just a suggestion, take it or leave it, it could possible to make the courrier live that mod's experience throught a simulator. You know like the FO3's Anchorage DLC. I'm pretty sure that guys already have your plans, I just wanted to share my thoughts. Anyway the whole thing sounds great!

I just finished RDR, one of my best game ever. Many would agree with me that this game's soundtracks are among the most epic soundtracks ever made for a game. That would be awesome if someone would make a mod that add these soundtracks to the game. I could use some eargasms in FONV. Some would say that would break the lore or something like but I don't care, personally. Beside, I think that game lack of good western themes, wich is one of my greatest dissapointement on New Vegas. Thank you in advance!

I can't wait to see that mod. Still, background wise, I'm not convinced that a five years old ghoul kid would grow. That's my opinion and it's just a little detail. Anyway that ex- N.C.R. ranger ghoul thing, sounds awesome to me. We need a badass ghoul companion. Count on me to try it.
