Ok I figured it out. I looked in \Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SKSE\skse.log and found this: config path = C:\Program Files\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\skse.ini So i made a folder SKSE and put the skse.ini file in there, and it worked. This means that skse is looking for the ini file in the wrong location (\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\skse.ini) even if you install it into mod organizer and have it set in the "right" place (mod organizer/mods/skse/skse.ini), it won't use it since it is looking for the file in the Data folder, not mod organizer. Now if I could just have skse look in the right location for the ini file...

I have these setting in my enblocal.ini, maybe they are overriding the skse.ini? So that didn't work. Same scenario after reinstalling using both the step guide and the video posted. Not sure what else to do.

I moved everything to Mod Organizer\mods\SKSE with no additional luck. I suppose I can uninstall/reinstall skse but i have little faith it will remedy the problem. Any other thoughts before I reinstall?

I will try to rearrange them, its just odd MO is picking up the ini file but not executing it. I've tried putting skse in Skyrim\Data\SKSE\SKSE.ini and also had no luck. I will try to remove a folder and see what happens.

I've watched many guides and double checked all my installs, but can't seem to figure out why the memory patch is not working for me. Maybe another pair of eyes can help. http://i65.tinypic.com/2qbvf9x.png
