Button labels displayed in menus are incorrect when reassigning the functions of keys and/or controller buttons. Essentially, the labels are not updating to display the correct key assignment. For example, in menus the label says that 'A' will accept the choice, and 'B' will cancel it, but in reality it is 'X' and 'Y', respectively, due to the updated key bindings. This is the case regardless of whether I am playing with the keyboard and mouse, or a 360 controller. Clearly this makes attempting to navigate menus very confusing. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a fix?
