I am confused. I download and install mods manually into my steam folder for games. (Using Oblivion as an example) If I use the mod manager instead will it go into my steam folder for me? So, Does the NMM work for steam games too?

I forget the name but that skyrim geck thing that allows you to make mods; is that out yet?

I have quite a few projects I am planning on doing, but I am rather new to skyrim modding. Is it possible to add a voice in your mods? Like if you are making a quest and someone says "He is over there!" Can you record that and edit it in or must it stay text? How difficult is it to do that, if its possible? Thanks!
