Hi, I tried making the hand guard on the silver rapier transparent by removing those portions in the _BM.tex file in GIMP. When I went ingame instead of being transparent, the hand guard and knuckle guard are now completely black. I'm really new to this and don't really know what I'm doing. I've successfully made some armor pieces transparent but when it comes to the weapons I keep getting this black texture instead of being transparent. I'm guessing this has to do with the _TM.tex texture file but I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone offer any advice? I just want to make the rapier look like a standard longsword by removing the hand guard and knuckle guard on it.

It is from a custom race I think it is the abriael nord race.

So I recently wanted to make a custom partner with cutthroat's cm partners mod. I created the character and placed it in the game world. When I loaded up my game it crashed and the only way I was able to play with my partner in the game is when it didn't have a script. I used the partner script. I imagine this fix is something simple because my knowledge of oblivion mods does not go that far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I feel like a giant nerd when I say this but has there ever been a spiderman suit mod because I saw a deadpool suit but no spiderman suit.

I fixed the problem already sorry I forgot that I posted this anyway any idea why this happens with some mods and not others?

Awhile ago I installed a mod that messed up my third person view. I wasn't able to go in third person unless I scrolled down and it zoomed all they way out which I didn't like. It also made it so I could not scroll down menus I was only able to go to the top or bottom even if I tried to click and drag the bar down it immediately went either to the top or bottom of the menu. I uninstalled that mod but now it has happened again and I have no way of removing it. I recently installed a noise texture replacer and I had to move and replace the terrainnoise file in the data\textures\effects folder however I can't seem to find the original file even when I extract all the textures from vanilla texture folder I can't seem to find it. I would like to know if there is anyway to fix this mod or is there any other place the original file might be.

I think the hood is from the mythic dawn armor the mask goes where the face is obviously but now I would like to know how to get the hood like that.

I sent you a message about my email and I don't think that is the shrouded armor hood because the face is shadowed and the shape is a bit different.

im sort of new to mods and have a question about some armor in a pic that i saw i have been looking for it for about two hours and i really feel like i wasted my time anyway its a brown hood but it looks like altair's hood and the face is shadowed i would like to know what its called because it looked like a cool hood oh also is there anyway to be able to equip the heavy or light belt from the thieves tool belt mod while wearing shrouded armor because in the pictures for the mod it showed the guy doing exactly that he was wearing both the belt and pack from that mod anyway i hope someone can tell me what the hood is
