Using assets like that isn't allowed. Your best bet for what you want would be a mole rat mask. -

Alternatively - don't do Broken Steel's main quest and get this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/22778) that reduces the health of Broken Steel's bullet sponges. -
[Mod Request] Food Sanitizer 2019

The way the Food Sanitizer works is that consumables have an extra effect that checks for a Food Sanitizer in your inventory - so the effect is on the consumables side and the Food Sanitizer itself technically does not do anything. To make add-on consumables sanitizer compatible would mean manually adding the effect to each of those consumables. The only one size fits all solution would be to rework the way it works and put the effect on the Food Sanitizer side, making it increase healing of any food items by 20%. Unfortunately I do not have the savvy for this. -

Unfortunately it can't be distributed if it'd use FO3 assets. Your best option is learning to add it yourself. -
I'm pretty sure Paciencia does work with Commander considering Commander relies on animation types instead of form lists. Doesn't the unofficial patch fix the perks already? EDIT: When I have the time for it (and I don't forget it, I'll see if I can fix these things)

I wanna make something like the boss monster addon, but it's discontinued and not exactly what I want https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/1931/?tab=description My question is, what modding knowledge would I need for it? My knowledge of the GECK is rather rudimentary, even if I've made a couple mods already. Some things I'd like to do for the mod: >upscaling creatures >(optional) recoloring them >giving them some special abilities (nothing too fancy, but for example I'd like to make a radroach which emits radiation just like glowing ones) >gaining a perk after killing them

You could atleast specify how much you want the sunset sarsaparilla to heal. -
I know Fallout 3 has an eyebot helmet, the assets for it might be present in New Vegas (otherwise you could port it)

This is probably pretty ambitious to do, but I'd like to see giant hermit crabs in FO3 like the ones in Far Harbor. For shells they could use a camper (the small ones, not the larger ones) and for the hermit crab itself you could use scaled up versions of the mirelurk's face and claws. Most of the animal can't be seen anyway, it'd just need a small part of it sticking out of the camper.

You could try a bullet time and/or sprint mod to provide alternative uses for your action points that aren't VATS. -
I'm making a simple mod which makes it so that the chemist perk unlocks recipes for psycho, buffout, med-x and cateye. I was wondering if anyone had good recipe ideas, preferably 3-4 items per recipe. For buffout I know that I'm using centaur blood cause it's somewhat rare (and buffout is pretty strong), has no other uses and it kinda makes sense cause centaurs look really roided out. Med-X would use an empty syringe (duh) but I can't think of any items which could make for a good painkiller. I will probably use ant nectar for psycho cause it doesn't have many other uses. Cateye... idk So I only have 3 ingredients I already decided on while I need a total of 12-16.

Tunnel Runner uses the form list "NVTravelLightBadArmor", same as light touch and travel light, so it should work if you removed the armor piece from that form list.- 3 replies

Give me the exact recipe you want to make a frag mine + the required skill in explosives, and I'll set it up for you. Besides the frag grenade, you'd probably want items like the sensor module, scrap electronics and scrap metal. EDIT: are you talking about the frag mine in vanilla FNV or is the land mine a mod addition? -
Adding new perk icons for new perks

How do I do this? I made sure to convert the image I want to use to .dds, but I'm guessing the problem arises with the directory I use. If I select the image from my download folder it doesn't work, but when I put that imagine in D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty\Data\textures\interface\icons\pipboyimages\perks and then select that, it crashes the GECK I've tried it three times already the textures folder seems to have very few files, all related to mods, does that have to do with it?
