Fallout New Vegas Mouse Problem

No controller, just my mouse. -
So currently I have a problem with my mouse when I'm playing fallout new vegas. It won't work, everything I try to attack or block it wouldn't do anything! I try to make it won't by using control mapping, but it still wouldn't work! I even uninstalled my mouse driver and installed it again. I have no idea why it won't recognized my mouse, it works on other games. Any help? P.S. I'm using Steam for the game.

Do u know of any free, decent/good video programs? Try: Windows Movie Maker, Apple iMovie, Avid FreeDV, Wax, Zwei-Stein!

You may always go on a non-stop killing spread around the Fallout world. Try to find the uncanny/unnatural weapons in the game intill you have found all of them. Have you found all the bobbleheads? If not go on an exploration to find all of them. Try to find all the skill books in the game! The skill book also come in handy with your character. Try to create every weapon on the repair bench, you will find that some weapons are just astonishing! Make a video! If you have fraps and a movie program try to make action/drama story with Fallout! It will be hard but it will keep you busy. If your using a pc (which I think you are) download some mods and rate them! It's good for the editor and fun for you! Be creative! Try to see what unique thinks you can do! Make a trap, stack some mines, do amazing gun tricks! Try everything that pops in your head!

That place kinda scares me, it's even more scary if you help the ghouls rule the place because you step in there and everything is empty and out of nowhere: How's it going?! I'm like WTF!!! And I start shooting my gun everywhere. -

I would head to Megaton and disarm the nuke stay there and have a life, maybe work as a guard or something? -
I am very confuse on adding a file on Fallout 3 Nexus! I already have my gun set as an esp file, but I can't add it on Fallout 3 Nexus! Could somebody please help me! :(
