    I'd say that the modding community for Skyrim is still very much alive and that personally I would be interested in seeing your mod.

    Not sure if will be completed, but my fingers are still crossed for this project - http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2100984-padomaic-abyss-an-8-month-project/ - that had plans for an underwater adventure.

    Noble Skyrim covers quite a bit, not just interiors. Don't know why you were having problems, but I'd recommend it too.

    This looks mind blowing, with professional quality all round. I can honestly say I'm more excited for this than I am for Awake: Rise of Mannimarco.
