Hey, I'm encountering multiple gamebreaking bugs that dont let me talk to companions, i got weight even with nothing in my inventory and my perks are f*#@ed up even if I dont use any perk mods. you can see the exact problems in my video.

Hey, i got a problem, rifleman, commando, heavy gunner and i think gunslinger only give me 1% more damage each level instead of 20 which is really useless... for some reason little leagues works just fine. I got to many mods installed to list them here but i never had any perk related mod. If someone knows where this problem is located ill be grateful for answers :D
