can someone make a mod of an armored form of this dress (any color gem optional) with colored steel ,leather or ebony plating on the shoulders and perhaps some boots and gauntlets to match, also one making a staff with this as the top and the handle pattern extended down, I would suggest naming the mod "armored lapis lazuli dress and staff" or something like that

can anyone make a mod that adds an extension to magic perk trees after duel casting, this perk would allow for "spell blending" (ex flames and sparks would cause fire to be surrounded by sparks when used at the same time)
