NMM has decided to fix itself and see Fallout 4 on my computer.

I was having issues with Fallout loading even after going through every trick to make the game work. Decided to uninstall/reinstall and now NMM won't acknowladge that Fallout 4 exists anywhere on my computer..

@ bben46: I understand the ram requirements and exceed the ram needs. My computer is well equiped to run New Vegas without any problems. Or at least there shouldn't be any problems but the Out of Memory error persists. @ jim_uk I've tried with the 4GB loader and the game still gives me an Out of Memory error when trying to enter the Atomic Wrangler. @ jcdenton2012 The game has run fine without having the need to merge anything. It's quite stable and I haven't had problems except the Out of Memory error while trying to enter the Atomic Wrangler which shouldn't happen with 16 gigs of ram.

@ drithius: I took out populated casino as suggested, unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.

I have SKSE loaded properly and it's the newest version yet I continue to get the message SKSE is not running. I've reinstalled the SKSE manually and automatically without the problem being fixed and I've found nothing in the forums that is of any help. Anyone with any ideas?

So I'm in New Vegas proper and go to enter the Atomic Wrangler and my game crashes and I get an out of memory error. I've gone though the forums, added the NV4GB loader (still get the error even with Steam running), and looked at everything on FNVedit and there aren't any conflicts with the mods I'm using. I think my copy of Honest Hearts is bugged. This is my second time trying to go thought the DLC and I'm using a different character. I get to the luchbox part of Tourist Trap and the closet is still closed so I still can't get to the fifth luchbox. I've searched for a mod fix, I've looked thought the forums for a fix, and tried to do the console command to add the luchbox without any success. Anyone know how to fix this once and for all?

I finally got all my mods working with the game and I now have random npcs with invisible torso's. That's right, floating heads with hands and feet. I'm not sure which mod is causing this or even if it can be fixed. Anyone have any ideas?
