As far as I know, there's no unofficial patch. If you're new to The Witcher 2, read on. Else, you might already know what's written below. If you want to play the game as it was intended to be played, then the following list of mods might help you out: Story ability bug fixesDraugirs now correctly drop trophies fixWild Hunt journal entries fix and ability to discuss the Wild Hunt poem with Dandelion on Iorveth's pathWalls have ears and Suspect Thorak no longer fail after returning from the mistRadovid Persuasion FixThe Scent of Incense FixRead the description of the mods on their installation and the comments. Mostly, one has to extract the files and folders to the "CookedPC" folder. For the "Story ability bug fix", do not extract the "q104_eldan_and_cymoril.w2phase" file into "CookedPC" folder. There are other mods which augment/enhance your gameplay but they weren't meant to be so originally. So in my opinion, if one wants to experience the way The Witcher 2 was meant to be played, one would appreciate the aforementioned mods.
