  1. You should learn how to do it yourself. It is rather simple. All you need is FNMM and GECK. Once you get the hang of it, it takes like 10 minutes to do. And you can convert any armor you want. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDMpXrNm71o That's a very useful tutorial. I used that. Also, make sure you have FNV updated as high as it can go, because if you don't, the stuff you place in the GECK won't appear in game. Also, the link to the GECK on Bethesda's website, may not always be the FNV one, or the newest version. Make sure you get the newest version.
  2. Looking forward to it. Sounds like it will be good. But Lonesome Road's story and setup is far more interesting.
  3. Post this on the comments section for that mod, you might actually get a response from the author there, or send him a pm.
  4. I am pretty sure you can get the armor thru console commands, plus in Old World Blues you will be getting armor that looks similar to the Assassin's Armor, but dispenses stimpaks and other stuff.
  5. This is more of an idea than a request. So after seeing the post apocalyptic movie, Stake Land, I thought a mod for FNV could be a good way to continue Mister from Stake Land's story. If you plan on seeing the movie do not highlight this (it contains major spoilers!) Mister leaves Martin to go onto New Eden without out him But, Mister was going to New Eden. If you watch the character prologue for him, he goes to his father's house, and his father talks about his dead mom, and (I think this is their names) a person named Jan, or Fran, left with kids to New Eden. New Eden is located in Canada, and early on in the story a man tells Martin that New Eden is full of cannibals but Martin didn't believe him. Other people say that it is a safe haven. So this is what I have came up with for a story (it's not the best). You, the Courier recieve a radio transmission on your Pipboy. It mentions the safe haven of New Eden. It also says it will be a long and perilous journey through vampire (or ghoul) infested land. It will also be a long journey (since New Eden is in Canada). One you follow the transmission to a cave (sort of like the Northern Passage and Happy Trails) you meet some caravaners who are willing to take people to New Eden. They take you there. From there you explore a little bit until your run into Mister. http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTRZtt6bH4_jVhTyWzn0x2ReD0gzI8rJRH-OJRrgOEpGvuFs7nmWQ He's one of the last vampire hunters left (this is mentioned is a movie by a bartender, he says that he heard that all hunters were killed). From there you team up with him (he becomes a full companion). He takes you on as a helper (as Martin was). You travel together going deeper and deeper until you reach New Eden. There you find that it really is full of cannibals . There is a man munching on another person. He turns around and talks to you, you can ask him a few questions about New Eden, but he will attack you no matter what. From here, you help Mister find Jan, or Fran, and the kids (s)he left with. The area is full of cannibals There are a few vampires around, but they could use the Ghost People animation and die like them, where you have to chop off a limb. They would be bosses. Mister gives you a perk that allows you to do more damage against Vampires and Ghouls. So that's my idea for a Stake Lands FNV crossover. I also think it would be cool to see the Brotherhood in Fallout. They are similar to the Legion in certain ways. They believe what they are doing is right, they are rapists, and they will do anything to get what they want, and they murder people. However, they are also a very religious cult that believes that God brought the vampires to Earth to cleanse it of the unfaithful. They wear a dirty tan shaw with a mask that is connected to it. They wear a metal cross the has a piece of metal that hangs down on the side edges. In the picture he's behind the tied guy (Mister) http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTKEnD_j8OqqNDHiZtU9ZASz9Nr2B-wJKr7gObu3eriXO8ErZo- Here's a picture of a vampire. It is very zombie like. http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQnOLw4O0o2OJWFdvEk1Rqh8cp8Rabx6AlYpquysCeNQ_UH0U01Zg If you haven't seen the movie you should definitely buy it when it comes to dvd on August 2nd. It's a great horror movie.
  6. There is the Classic Fallout Weapons mod. It's great, and it adds many unique weapons from F1 F2 and maybe F3 to the leveled lists. It also adds a few unique hidden weapons.
  7. This statement brought a smile (smirk) to my face, trying to figure how it fits Fallout world :) (Well, the mechanist and that crazy ant queen are strange too and this doesn't make them less funny). Yeah, you'd have to make sure that there were absolutely no textures, meshes, or files from Oblivion used it the mod, otherwise; you could be in trouble. Well, if you got permission right now, that could help with getting someone to convert it over for you. Plus, there's loads of stuff that can tell you how to port something, just read up on it.
  8. You're going to want to provide pictures.
  9. No offense but how does it not have the same feel? It's practically the same armor, but with a different helmet. Anyways, there's a Mandalorian Armor mod for Oblivion. Just get permission, and you could bring it over to FNV. It would probably be rather simple. Edit: Here it is... http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19101
  10. Here's a video of that Oblivion Multiplayer mod, so you can see how well that worked...
  11. There's this http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/search.php - All 3 of those in that search are rideable creatures.
  12. Hello, I was hoping that some of you guys could recommend some good wastelandey gear. So far I have TG's Armor Collection, Tailor Made, The Armorer, Jaden's Revenge, and The Road Warrior. If anyone has any other mods to recommend, please post it.
  13. This mod has a character wearing a "Steampunk" kind of Mandolorian gear. http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=42055
  14. This already exists, http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=40238
  15. Might want to provide pictures.
