Game crashing /clean install of Win10 and FO4, no mods/

I had the exact same issue with game version 1.10.130 and new 1.10.138 as well. Didn't matter if mods were installed or it was a clean install. I solved the crash by changing Weapon Debris setting to 'off' in the launcher, it is 100% reproducable for me. No crash so far with mods, played until after leaving Vault 111.
