Read above for a suggestion... Havok has always been an infuriating engine for me as well as the 2GB limit even on the PC version. Apply the appropriate unofficial patches where appropriate... Sadly, it would be nice to jailbreak the SkyrimSE from Bethesda.net so that our mods would work with it. Skyrim is still a great game but the main issue is indeed in the Skyrim Startup Script prefs... Also check and make sure your loadorder is correct.
