ive been thinking of getting into modding, myself so i am reviving this. anyone have any good quality tutorials?

I want a mod to save Jarl baalgruf as the jarl of whiterun no matter what side you choose. could be a small quest or just have it be a persuasion thing. I really like him as the jarl of whiterun but I don't like to side with the imperials.

thanks! also have an idea to bring the "PC heros from the other games in for a mini quest have each of them having been granted immortality by the nine or the daedra or whoever they all are members of a companions like guild or something the quest being for after the whole alduin thing.....being that to join you have to save all of tamriel in some way. and then you can have them as companions. and they would have their own quest line for doing things

i was wondering if we could get a mod compilation made up of some of the famous, infamous, and forgotten people from past games. we could include current companion mods of such people and i would specificly like to bring back some "forgotten" characters. like an old friend from morrowind, Jiub, you might remeber him being on the ship with you when you woke up. maby we could bring back lucien lachance everyones favorite assassin as if he hadnt been eaten and had actually went into hiding still doing the work of sithis and the night mother and as such has been given immortality as the night mothers favorite child..... anyone else with ideas like this for old friends from different games being brought back into skyrim please post them here. I would love to see em!

[Display] iLocation X=0 iLocation X=0 that's the entire contents of the fallout 4 custom file which I did find thanks to you but the files are not showing what they should. there is absolutely no place to in the Prefs file to add a line under launcher because the launcher bit doesn't even exist

ive opened the ini file but there is no launcher section to add the line to and I cant find the fallout4custom file either. I have a disc copy of the game and downloaded it through steam it plays fine but5 I need help getting to be able to use mods. help??????????
