As the title says I think a great mod would a 10mm receiver for the Assault Rifle in lieu of a 10mm SMG that seems to be missing from this game (unless I haven't discovered it yet). No other changes. I simply have no skill or ability in modding.

he's working on it, check his site for details. - use google.
-
I suggest a weapons mod where; it applies a buttstock, changes the animation to two handed, and ~ reduces spread or something. This would also be ideally suited to the 9mm.
-
Add a "Dump All" option to the barter/container interface, where if you press "D" or click "Dump All" everything from your inventory (In the selected catagory [aid, misc, weapons etc]) gets put into the container. This would make crafting quicker so you could take all - craft - then dump all back in and you're done.

Will moding screw me for hardcore reward?
Meckon replied to Meckon's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
Thanks buddy. Ya, I use mods to make the game harder, more realistic, or to do things that I think should be included. -
If I add mods to my game will I still be able to get the reward for completing the game on hardcore or will Steam think I'm cheating? I ask this because I haven't beat it yet and I'm recalling the problems Windows Live had with mods for Fallout 3.

player.addperk 58fdf < type that into your console. bring up the console by pressing "~" with North American versions of the game. see this page for explanation http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Console

Everyone is forgetting a faction that you can choose that free's you of ultimate loyal to anyone, and that is The Planet. I decided on my characters goals before I started and let them guide me. My character believed all humans had blown(up) there chance at life on earth and it was up to my cyborg agent of eco-extremist aliens to cleanse the planet of humans, and begin healing it. I blew up Megaton (not good for the environment I know, but the ends justified my means), the let the ghouls into Tenpenny, then shot the ghouls. I then proceeded to exterminate every settlement I could, raider and wastelanders alike. The only wastelanders who I let live I enslaved and set to them to work building a recycling plant (RTS NW), gathering wreckage to be melted down at the my Steel Mill in The Pitt. Morality is subjective. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IF this were RL I would try to pull a Robin Hood, using my soldiers to prey on raiders and supermutants.

I don't feel that most backpacks suit power armor. These cloth backpacks look great with cloth to combat armor but seem incongruent with the look, feel, and aim of power armour. Moreover I don't believe some of those glowing high-tech looking backpacks would be anywhere near capable of carrying what they supposedly do. I'm not sure if there would be a conflict with Thoguns "Ammo Backpack Removed," but my thought would be that his mod might keep there from being two models going at the same time. I don't know the first thing about modding which is why I'm posting here and not doing it myself (and don't have time to learn atm).

An interesting addition not yet explored by anyone!

In New Vegas I would like to see: 1. A patch for the CTD on loading / saving. 2. The major mods carried over. 3. Further NPC reaction to circumstances beyond the player. i.e. When I show up with Fawkes at the Citidel they should bar me access or react to him some how. Same with Charon for that matter. 4. I want to be able to renew the environment. i.e. Recycling scrap heaps or something. This why I like RTS NW so much because you can blow up scrap piles and put scrap cars in Bess. All for now. -
I crash 2 or 3 times an hour. I have the crash on loading / saving bug. I've tried all the solutions and nothing works - I sound like an infomercial.

Is there a way with RTS NW or a console command to delete an item that that can't be moved? The items in question are double stacked cars and lightpoles etc. I've tried searching these forums and the Fallout 3 site "The Vault" (wiki) with no luck. Hopefully I'm not re-asking a common question but I've tried searching.
