nvm all good, still at 30fps but I'm not too bothered anymore

Hi all, I've very recently got into modding. I think I'm beginning to know my way around, using MO, LOOT, TES5Edit and whatnot i n the right order, so now I'm trying to use some ENBs I tried Straylight, and that worked fine, but I heard Vanilla Ice Cream was a better ENB (and I like the screenshots on the Vanilla Ice cream page) So I've installed the ENB using ENB Manager, and everything seems to be going ok ( had a bit of trouble finding the right skyrimprefs.ini file to turn AA off, but all good now) But since I turned the ENB on, it seems to force 30fps onto my PC. I've turned VSync on, and tried to force 60fps in the enblocal.ini, but it still locks at 30fps. Might not be a big deal for some, but I'd really like to run Skyrim with as close to 60fps as I can manage, since I paid a LOT of money for this PC. Can anyone help? Hi all. I'm trying to get into modding Skyrim and I've been looking for a good modding beginner's guide. I followed this one (http://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/272pwi/super_epic_guide_beginners_guide_section_23/) And everything seems to be going ok, but now my SKSE Skyrim is locked at 30fps. I tried changing the enblocal.ini to force 60fps limit but I'm not getting any changes. Add to that the major screen tearing I'm now getting and I feel like tearing my hair out. What have I done wrong? My laptop is more than enough to run Skyrim and any mods I can find: Geforce GTX 970M 6GB Intel i7 4710HQ 2.5 gHz 8GB DDR3L RAM 1TB 7200RPM HDD I havent installed any mods other than the unofficial skyrim patches, I've set up a bashed patch with Wrye Bash, my Load order seems to be fine, I've cleaned the necessary files with TES5Edit, what the HELL AM I DOING WRONG!!!! Please help as I might just be going crazy. Thanks in advance

Hi all, I recently bought my very first gaming PC and am trying to get into modding my games, Skyrim in particular, I'm following this guide (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56894/?) I'm following the guide to the letter, but I'm running into a few problems, namely this: (screenshot attached) From what I can gather, LOOT is supposed to reorganise my load order to stop any conflicts, but it just isn't. I tried reorganising the order myself to copy the order in the modding guide but I keep getting these conflicts and can't do anything about them. Can anyone help? I kind of want to start from scratch just in case I made a mistake somewhere but if anyone had any advice for a newbie that would be amazing Thanks in advance
