Am I suppose to go to UNIT before getting into the Tardis? Because I'm not quite far enought to go all the way to UNIT myself. I've only just found Three-Dog because I just started playing on PC

ooo another glitch i found is if you shoot in UNIT the screen goes all glitchy like blue, green and red. and I dont know how I got into UNIT to be honest. I went into the Tardis then when I went to leave I was in UNIT. I found the Tardis in front of the entrance to Chevy Chace I believe.

Haha thanks for the confidence. Still didn't fix the library issue but i used the ~tcl command to get the manual. I know i'm suppose to do this myself but how do i get out of UNIT and to where I found the box?

O thanks man. I'm pretty sure I did a test run with only the main file and the newest patch and the library still had no floor but I'm guna load it up one more time to confirm. Yep still no floor :(

Damn, i've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times but my library still has no floor. What it does is the center lower floor is just a blank tan and when you attempt to walk on it you fall through and spawn spawn back at the entrance of the library. Is the manual towards the center of the library? Because i think this glitch is stopping me from completing the mission if so. :( Just to be sure, do I activate the main file then the two patches? Or can I just activate the main file the the newest patch?

Finally got around to playing it and Demeggy, you my friend are brilliant! Something that i didn't see brought up while skimming the thread real quick is that the library doesn't have a floor. I'm not sure if its just me, but the lower library bit doesn't have a floor, only a bordering one.

My game kept crashing and i narrowed it down to Purge Cell Buffers. My game crashes when entering the first tunnel to get to the GNR place (sorry i can't remember the name of the place). Then I loaded it up and it froze while trying to continue my last save file. I found this mod that removes "Normal Maps" but I've read over the description and I can't seem to figure out what a normal map is. Can someone please help me out? Tweakin It Out - Textures And would this mod help me out even though i run it on low? in the description it only talks about "high" and "very high" settings.

Yea it was off the bethesda site but wheres the hotfix? because i can only find the Alpha 11 Fomod. But i tried installing it and it kept bringing up FOMM and crashing it so I'm downgrading atm.\ Seems to have worked. Yea its a decent card, way better than my old computer so im grateful. Id get a better card but this isnt my computer to mess with. I'm playing in fullscreen and judging by the description, it seems to be the same as Maximized Window. A bit off topic but another question, i downloaded and activated the DUI mod and read somewhere that i had to activate two .esp's, but theres no dui.esp's in my load order even after activating. is this normal?

Im running a Presario CQ61 Notebook with AMD Athlon II Dual Core M300 2Ghz 2.75GB Useable RAM 64-bit OS And being new to modding, Im not sure if i have to do something extra to activate performance mods, but I just use FOMM to activate them and done right? Because im playing right now and I have the Less than Rock mod active but i still see little rocks everywhere.

Any advice on changing the games settings to get the best performance (i.e turning certain settings off)? I'm fine with having mediocre graphics if needed. I've got the mods: Less rocks Muzzle with no lightening (can't remember if this helped performance but judging by the name I think it does) Better Game Performance Purge Cell Buffers And would running other programs while playing slow the game down? Like atm I have a file converter and a torrent program running, would those slow the game down? Thanks in advance!

Sorry if this is a really stupid question but im new to mods. How do I update a mod with a patch? Do I just activate the patch in FOMM and replace the mod?

Quick question, I've just started re-playing fallout on the PC (used to play on ps3) so should i play through some of the main story first before activating the mod? If so how far do u think I should play?

I think its just me but when i go to download it, theres no file. Too be more specific it says File(0). Could it be because im in the states and its different time zone? i doubt that has anything to do with it though. ive been waiting for so long :(

OMFG 2 minutes and counting for me. im new to the fallout 3 on PC (used to play it on my PS3 all the time) and i feel like i joined just in time to find this gem. im incredibly impressed with this and id like to show my gratitude as im a huge doctor who fan :)
