Is there a way to mod a completely new race with new abilities?

I got the same problem, so how do I fix it?

using win7 my game runs fine with a mouse, but I cant turn left or right when moving with the touchpad. But I much prefer using a touchpad because I have carpel tunnel. Pleas advise how can I get touchpad to work right? all drivers are updated this is a new system.

I installed my game on a new computer, everything seemed great, better graphics ect. BUT, now I cannot change my direction whenever I move, or attack, or cast or anything other than run with the C key pressed. All my settings carried over from the other computer, this is the only thing.

Hello, I have few skills but would much like to see one simple mod. To make the merchants open their shops a few hours earlier and stay open later!

I have been using the fxinjector and had my setting just right, then after the last patch, my settings are all very saturated and very dark. Nor can they be changed by changing the fxinjector settings or by changing brightness and opacity within the game. What can I do?

I created a new sword using creation kit. I based it on steel sword, didn't change it much. I included the craftable thing so that it can be created in a forge, and that works. But it cannot be improved at the grindstone. I don't see any way to do that, what do I need to do?

Bah! Where is that vapor ware ? I am already bored of the same old vanilla quests. ARRGH!

PROBLEM SOLVED! It was a bad mod called Gaurdequipandstatfix.

I have been using Oblivion with obse for a while now on my laptop with windows 7. Then I did a windows update which seemed to work with no porblems. But now whenever i load oblivion it does not load ! The first blank screen comes up then it just disssapears and there is no program running when I look in my task monitor. I don't know for certain if it is the win update or maybe some mods I added. Has this happened to anyone because of a bad mod? Can someone help?
