Finally fixed it, used the NVSR and ENBoost ini tweaks from the user redmaxblower from the NVSR thread here. Got to this fix by checking every entry you suggested and finding it in the 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu' section. Seems like the problem was the Windows 10 Falls Creators Update. Thank you very much Dubious.

I have a problem, sometimes when firing I have a heavy frame drop, you can call it a mini freeze or stutter, and the occasional stutter every 100 steps or so. I have tried a lot of solutions, NVSR, NVSE edits, ini tweaks, ENBoost, etc.
