Try using LOOT to sort your load order first, BOSS is outdated.

It's not UNP, but CBBE comes with a tool that can help you fix neck seams after using different skin textures...Works perfectly in my game. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2666/?

EDIT: Disregard, issue fixed by finding all references of the Conflicts and missing ID's and Reinstalling all related Mods. Should have done this straight away before posting...
