  1. I've been testing this in Skyrim SE and am trying to add more dialogue for this mod since I feel Miraak's current dialogue as a follower is a bit....lackluster. I've added everything I've wanted, however the one issue I've constantly been facing is getting the store option to work for him. This is the mod I've been tweaking: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19829 When I get married to Miraak usually a spouse first entering the player home is supposed to say something like "it's a wonderful home, I will open up a shop" and THEN the store options to trade or ask for store money will appear in the player dialog window. ^However in Miraak follower's case even though I added a line for him in the RelationshipMarriageFIN quest to say something like this with the same conditions that a vanilla spouse would have (such as a flag being "say once" and LocationHasKeyword - LocTypePlayerHouse) ..the store option still never appears in the dialogue window; when he says the line at home. I still have the option for a homecooked meal however I can't ever ask for store money/trade. I tested the original Miraak Follower mod and I still faced the same issue; I was thinking possibly it's because the original author Transientfaith made the mod without any Hearthfire master dependencies but I'm not sure what to do at this point. Can anyone offer some guidance?

I have a character that I wanted to make similar to a rogue from WoW, I gave her the Combat Assassin package for her class and gave her a few illusion spells while using another mod to offer a stealth kill package. Only problem is when she levels up to 81 alongside me she ends up levelling her onehanded, sneak and light armor but NEVER her illusion stats (it stays at the base level of 15) and so she never uses her invisibility spell or any of the illusion perks I added to her. I tried even duplicating her class and then editing it so her skill weight with illusion will be 2 and still when I start a new game and do the console command player.setlevel 81 and checking her stats with getavinfo.....she ends up ignoring illusion again and having the other few perks at 100 instead. Is there a way to fix this using CK so she levels accurately ?
  3. Yeah I just added dialogue to the quests FollowerCommentary01 and 02 and it seems to work well. Didn't hear him drop any impressive view dialogue yet but I haven't really seen many sights either atm.
  4. The marriage sequence for the custom voiced follower works fine, he moves to whatever house I say and he even offers a home cooked meal like a normal spouse NPC would. The problem however is when I first walk into whatever house I move to, he doesn't say the line normal NPCs would say, something like "this is a nice house, I think I'll set up a shop here" even though I added the line into the quest RelationshipMarriageFIN in the misc tab like all the other npc voices. Because he doesn't say this line I'm assuming that's why I can't get an option to ask "has the store made any money?". I made sure to copy all the conditions of vanilla npcs for every marriage line I created and also all the papyrus fragments too; anybody know what the problem could be? I'm sure i'm not the only one who ran into something like this...

I want to make a certain request for my custom-voiced follower to recite a chant, once I ask him to do so I want him to respond with a line in agreement and then have the player dialog window close as he continues to recite the prayer as an idle talk ( so the player can freely move around during this). It's similar to how bards accept a request, respond with something like "Ahh a fine bloody tale. I can do that one" and then immediatley start singing while you can move around. I know I'm supposed to make a scene and add the lines to each phase kinda like how the BardSongs quest is like but I don't exactly know what to do in the papyrus window for my follower's response to lead into this scene. Also I'd rather not have everyone around him cheering as he prays, if that can be avoided ...
  6. Good to see people still willing to offer a helping hand to new modders. Appreciate it, I ended up fixing it now he says everything perfectly just how I wanted it. Now I just need to find a way to add dialogue to landscape views and I can finally be done making this character. Fixing the cave issue at least puts me to ease a bit so thank you. :smile:
  7. Oh I mainly created my lines so that they were meant for all exterior cave entrances and other outdoor viewpoint locations; not inside the actual cell. Was hoping they would just stay quite when inside. Anyways for the idle talk I added the new lines to the misc tab, created a new topic (one for idle) and then just basically copy/pasted Mjoll's idle line conditions. I made sure to add my own actor's GetIsVoice and GetIsID as well as added the location (LocationHasKeyword is the function name) I wanted my idle dialogue to play at which for that particular one was "LocTypeDragonLair"

There are times where followers will comment on a cave entrance "look a cave, should we check it out?" and also moments where a character like Serana will comment on a beautiful view during travels (don't know whether this was in the vanilla version or not, I use RDO). I wanted to add this stuff to a custom-voiced follower however I don't know what I should put in my conditions to do this. I managed to make idle dialogue for dragon lairs and other cities but I can't find any of these specific vanilla lines in CK to use as a reference. I can't even find Serana's follower lines anywhere in there tbh....
  9. I made a group of 8 player characters and turned them into followers before using the Familiar Faces mod. Since that mod hasn't been released yet for SE I wanted to load these characters I made in racemenu and turn them into followers again for SE. I figured out how to transfer sculpt/export a racemenu face and create him again in Creation Kit. However even though I managed to get the same face and skin color for my Orc, his body is built like a normal orc. The one I made in my game had tattoos, larger height/arms and different neutral expression. I'm happy I managed to get the base look of the face; but is there any way to get the above that I mentioned? Familiar Faces made it look so easy, I hope it can be done without it.

As much as I love this mod and how it helps balance the difficulty mods I added into the game it has an annoying bug for those who like to play as werewolves (like me), I'm trying to see if I can edit the script so that it doesn't unequip my shout after I choose to "revive". Unequipping automatically isn't a big deal in human form since you can just requip from the menu however as a werewolf there is absolutely no way to requip my roars unless I exit out of my form and re-transform, which is tough to do in the middle of a fight. Anyway to go about doing these changes? This is honestly the first time I've done any scripting so if someone can give some help that would be awesome. Or just recommend a mod that allows access to the werewolf menu during beast form so I can reactivate my roar manually. I'm surprised Vampire Lord still has this function and werewolves don't.
  12. Thanks I feel like I made some improvements but... Well everything copied over all right, I changed the file names too in everything you mentioned prior to saving so it gets sorted in a seperate folder from the my original conversion. Except now there's another weird problem, when I preview the mod in bodyslide prior to pressing "build" it shows up with the correct bodyslide adjustments that I made for my female body however once I start the game up none of those changes show in-game, instead the opposite happens with my character's body changing to a default look whenever I wear the blue armor, it doesn't maintain the cbbe body adjustments that were shown in the preview screen. All my other armors work fine though. I don't have this problem at all with the red one just the blue one. Any ideas? edit: Nevermind figured it out. Just created each conversion from my overwrite folder into a new seperate mod with the proper data pathways so it can overwrite my base armor mods nif files. Thanks a lot for your help!
  13. Simply put I downloaded Legendary conversions and recolors and want to convert it to my CBBE body. Except I want my mesh volume fixes (all the removed clipping) to remain consistent between the two colors of the armor in the mod instead of converting each color one by one. I tried doing that and one armor had a bigger bust size than the other its a pain to make em both accurately the same. Or any other possible fixes to make this easier? I'm sill kinda new to this stuff...

I don't have a problem with a large amount of mages and draugr mages slowing the game down a little with frostbite spells, flames spells, etc being spammed on me during a fight it's understandable the fps would drop given my amount of mods. HOWEVER my problem is that even after the fight is over my low FPS will stay low! :ohmy: :down: It doesn't ever shoot back up to the 60 FPS I had even if I'm just in an empty indoor area unless I restart my skyrim application entirely. Any way to fix this issue? Sorry I know I posted this in the "Mod troubleshooting" forum but I really don't know whether this is a mod issue or a vanilla issue. I wish I just knew how to fix it.
