Further information concerning Ultramon. While the GECK is open, right click the Ultramon icon and go to properties > compatibility. see the list of running applications - choose GECK - check box for using full path (in case you have GECK for FO3 also on system.) On the options page, select the diable buttons box, and dont select any others. Now Ultramon ignores the GECK and you dont have to disable it every time. -
Thats really odd, I see a new upload of URWL by the same person who made it for FO3. Are you saying that the previous file entry was the stolen version or this new upload is? I'm pretty sure the missing file entry was by the same person. AFAIK

If it is anything like FO3, I run the game with FOSE and it doesnt even start the Steam service.

As of right now... Steam is preloading at approx 1mb/sec servers are not overloaded yet :P
