Would it be legal if only I import the character into my skyrim? So you can't just download the character.

I don't know if this is possible but I would like to play as Alice from Alice Madness Returns ( i know i could make a character that looks like her, but I tired it and it didn't look exactly like her). So my question is is it possible to import the charater model? Or maybe somebody could kindly make a mod for it :smile:
