Having this issue as well. Left handed weapons remained sheathed while in hand. I'm using DSR and recently uninstalled Equipment Overhaul to see if that would fix the issue. New save and everything. Still having the issue. Fixed the issue. But now there is another problem. I have TWO Fallout 4 folders, it's basically like I have downloaded Fallout 4 TWICE. Now I need to cleanly merge them or somehow move my mods to the proper place. How would I go about this?

Currently I'm downloading the HD Texture Pack that was introduced recently. It's downloading about 55 GB worth of data, so maybe the patch is included? By the way, I do not have all of the DLC for Fallout 4. *The HD Texture pack installed properly but I am still receiving an error when attempting to run Fallout 4 through F4SE. In-Game in the "Mods" section, it says that I do not have any mods installed.

What would happen if I uninstalled it from my control panel?

It still didn't work. I've basically searched for every option online and nothing has helped me. I'll continue to look. But I do believe that for some reason my Fallout 4 is out of date for some reason, and that is most likely the cause.

I've gone online on Steam to make sure I was and I've verified my cache for Fallout 4 to make sure it was updated. I could've done something in the past to muck it up though so please ask for any information I can provide

Can you tell me what the current version of Fallout 4 is? Mine says 1.7.22 and I hear 1.8 or 1.9 was released in February of 2017 or so. When I right-click on Fallout4.exe then click on properties, and select on Details it says 1.7.22. I'm not sure why steam isn't updating my Fallout 4 game. I also installed the the current version of F4SE again.

Hello everyone, my name is Ron. I've been having this issue for a while where my Mods in Fallout 4 no longer appear in-game. All the mods I have installed are checked in NMM and are activated. When I go to load up a save, the game displays a list of all my mods and says that these mods are no longer available or something. In search of a solution, I tried to install F4SE and it gives me an error saying "You are using Fallout version 1.7.22, which is out of date and incompatible with this version of F4SE. Update to the latest version." The thing is I have updated to the latest version that is on the site. And I do not believe this is the underlying problem.
