Yeah. It uses the Creation engine so it'd be DX11 but I want to use the Techtrachromatic ENB with it... I hope mod makers update.

Does running the game on compatibility mode work? I tried but couldn't figure which .exe to adjust.

But I've heard that people with Windows 7 have not this problem? I just want to know who's got it working before I spend any more time and money on this issue.

My 8gb nVidia can only only use 4gb of vram according to ENBoost. I really want to know if this is to do with DirectX 9's outdated API or if it is with the graphical driver. I am SERIOUSLY contemplating getting a 2nd card on my spare PCI slot just for this purpose. (can you even duel boot video cards???)

Yeah. I've since done more research and apparently some people were trying to bypass this issue with Windows 7. Not sure if it even works for them. And duel booting just to fix this... if there is any chance of a better option, I'd holdout for it.

I googled for solutions and was told that being a DX9 game, Skyrim can't see more than 4gb of memory. But how then do you explain 60fps youtube vids??? ENBoost did nothing. AutodetectVideoMemorySize set to false and VideoMemorySizeMb set to 8000. Same performance as 4gb. Please help me save my new card from being lemon. X_X ahem... I wanted to say 8gb.
