  1. Well we had a great time, and the video can be found below for those interested:
  2. GG, the General Gaming show is recording tonight (2 hours from this post) live on www.twitch.tv/bridger15 . Join us as Charismatic hosts discuss the ins and outs of skyrim modding, including our own favorites. We love hearing feedback from the audience. Hope to see you guys there, i'm sure it will be a fun time :)
  3. Thank you, this was plauging me as well. I use mod organizer so i can simply turn off all mods to get a vanilla environment, but it only affects the data folder. I guess I don't need the coc command that badly after all :P
  4. I've been thinking of running a Let's Play style video series for skyrim, but I'd like it to be immersive/lore-friendly if possible. I'd also like it to look as good as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot find anywhere a lore friendly SFW/nevernude underwear replacement. All I can find are out-of-place Bikinis and Lingerie (which look great, but don't seem to be lore-friendly). It can be sexy, as long as it's not so sexy that it doesn't look like something that every female in the game should be wearing :P If anybody knows of anything that fits my description above, I'd love to hear about it, otherwise, I'd love it if somebody could make one! Some examples of what I am looking for: The bra on the far right of this image The bra in this image These are high quality and sexy, but look functional and like they are made out of materials that fit in they skyrim universe. The first is from the Temptress mod and the second is from Immersive Armors, but I don't know the first thing about how to convert them into stand-alone armor replacers (nor do I have any example of what might look good for the bottom). Any help would be appreciated! Edit: I now have more information! Aparently the author of the set on the far right of the first image has given permission for someone to turn his work into an underwear replacement, but says he is not going to do it himself. The armor mod is here and the post where he gives permission is here. I don't know anything about modding skyrim, so if someone could turn the bra/panties into an underwear replacement for UNP or (if it's not hard) link me to some info on how to do it, I would be grateful.
  5. Does anybody know what the hell this is? This is a completely fresh install via steam with only one mod (Alternate Start - Live another life) and no ENB. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bwn4aWcCUf4 This only seems to happen in certain interiors (breezehome, for example). Does anybody have any idea what this is? Every single time i google to find something about it all I get are the standard blocky shadow fixes.
  6. I was looking for input to find out if I currently have an issue with my computer. I've got a fresh install of Oblivion (no mods, not even unofficial patches) patched to the latest version (from steam). With an Athlon X3 3.0ghz, nVidia GTX 275, and 4gigs of ram I can get 50+ FPS at Max settings in many modern games (L4D2, DoW2), but I recently ran a Fraps benchmark in the waterfront district of the Imperial city using "ultra high" settings in the oblivion launcher (also no vsync and HDR enabled at 1650x1040). I was barely holding at around 30-40 FPS, with noticeable drops into the 20s in certain areas. I was hoping to add some graphical mods like qarl's texture pack and Unique Landscapes, but I'm thinking now I'll have to lower my settings if I install those mods. My question: Is this FPS normal or do people with similar systems/settings get better results? I haven't dusted out my computer in a while, that is going to be my next step to see if it's overheating somewhat. I just feel like a game as old as oblivion with a PC this powerful should run a little better, but maybe oblivion was just that intensive when it came out?
