its not the save, i can start a new character and the problem still persists. i even uninstalled all mods, and reinstalled the game, and the problem is still there.

i have both xp32 and enhanced camera installed ant the same problem still occurs. even after uninstalling all mods and starting a new game it still happens i dont know what to do, i have even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game, and the problem still occurs after starting a new game. also the problem i am having is that the elbows are slightly off, it cause my arms to appear through clothes and armor. here is another screenshot showing the arms coming slightly through the gloves. http://imgur.com/CrBiPMZ

i dont know if this is the right place to be asking the question, but i dont know where else to go. i am new when it comes to mods and i have to admit so even a simple problem confuses me. as for my problem, i recently downloaded dragonborn and dawnguard, but when i load the game though skse, it crashes after the bethesda logo screen. but if i run the game through steam, go into data files, and select db and dg, then run the game though skse, it works, but it 'forgets' it for the next time i load the game. i dont really want to have to go through steam just to check 2 boxes every time i want to play the game. please give some help to remedy this.
