It seems to be very similar to the red draugr eyes but this also puts a slight red glow around your mouth. I've tried the draugr fix already, didn't work. I think it's related to the corrupted shade effects as they have red eyes and mouths.

Seems like the scripts for the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild are all screwy. That's strange, I've no experience with Papyrus, but you could try reinstalling the game and see if that helps.

This happened to me as well. After a while it just stopped, not much else to tell.

I would assume good ol' Molag Bal would want his children, and depending on the beliefs of the cured, they could very well go to Aetherius or Sovngarde.

Techinally The Summerset Isles are still possible.
