I can't buy a childs room. I now own all 5 vanilla houses. The option to buy the room is there, but it don't work. It looks like this. children's room. ([...]. I assume it means I've misses a step in the process. If I click the buy, It takes my money but I get no childs room. Happens with all 5 houses and Lakeview house. Can anyone help me.

The CK won't let me load multiple Esm files. Example: If I ry to load Lunari race.esm, Apachii Sky Hair, Skyrim.esm, The CK won't load them. Is there an entry in the ini file that ca be changed to allow multiple ESM's. Help! Anybody.

That didn't work. when I clicked the make ESM, I got a message about no tes4 record.
