haha it happens to me, it seems you have 2 editing race installed, such as racemnu and enhance character edit, it appears 2 nord. i try to unistall both of them in order to swicth them back into vannila, it does work but 2 race of nord still appears and then CTD each time you want to select the second nord, oh yeah about the head without body, just load your previous sessions bro lol.
