Nuclear Weathers true storms compatibility patch needs TrueStormsFO4.esp. Is that Normal? is it ok I don't have it?

wanted to play a boxer on fallout and i was disappointed that i could not KO NPCs it should be compatible with craftable legendaries and not only does it stuns/KOs it has another effect perhaps electic damage or anything creative or make it so boxing gloves knuckles and unarmed can knockout on crits

just did still does not seem to be working

I watch the Dan Gaming tutorial when doing my FO3 modding and it really helped. so basically i wanted to ask if their is a ..... Unofficial Patch 4Gb Patch ENBoost Fallout Script Extender (FOSE) Stutter Remover Darnified UI FO3Edit equivalent that I should be using on fallout NV or is it not needed? I don't think this will work for me as I run fallout 3 from a dell laptop with 8GB of RAM and 1.80GHz with no fancy video cards

Ok I know its starting to sound like I a Crippled living on the third floor but in the more perks mod there is one called Early Power Armor Training. Has any one try to you the Logitech Wireless Controller with fallout 3 because I can not Drop Items or Set Maker on the Map with it. Other than that it works great as I came from console recently also I can not activate the Sprint Mod which I expected As Much.

In Fo3Edit I get a Load error because : <Exception: "RobCo Certified v2 Omnipatch.esp" requires master "EVE.esp" to be loaded before it.>. But I think this error is cause I using the Paradox Merged Patch of EVE.
