  1. The settlement editor certainly makes it easier to place items where you want than using the grab button, but I'm still having a really tough time getting things positioned correctly. In FO3/NV, there was a mod called Feng Shui that let you precisely rotate and translate clutter items and static meshes on a three-axis grid. Does anyone know of a similar mod for Fallout 4, or have any tips to help me line up my broadsider with my perfectly preserved pies and nuka cola quantum?
  2. I've been collecting all sorts of unique stuff that I would love to be able to put on display, but the in-game tools are really hard to work with. In FO3 and NV, Feng Shui let you precisely rotate and translate clutter objects on three axes. It also let you lock them in place, so you could "hang" things on walls or place them on tables without having to worry about knocking them off. I would love it if someone could make something similar for FO4.
  3. There are two types of magazine racks in the game that already do exactly this. You can find them under Furniture > Shelves.
  4. Does the noise companions make affect enemies' ability to detect you? If I have a companion in power armor, are they going to limit my ability to be stealthy? Do different companions have different agility levels, and does this affect their ability to sneak? I'm asking because I've been running with Deacon lately, and I want to know if I should be giving him shadowed armor.
