This may be incorrect, but Ive had this happen to me when installing the BnB body, its a skeleton issue. Something about the skeleton the body uses needs to connect the breast's with another part of the body, otherwise it doesn't know what to anchor them to so they just point to the ground resulting in what is shown in your image provided. I would reinstall and carefully read the instructions and or requirements. ((also, if your new to FOMM be sure you have archiveinvalidation turned on))

It happens everywhere in the exterior (open world) but not indoors it seems, I have NMC's texture packs installed, that would be the only thing altering every area. Ive reinstalled the packs aswell, but still no luck.

I have an issue with my companions not following properly, for example I will be moving alog and all of the sudden they stop like they have hit an invisible wall and just run in circles and or in odd directions. If anyone is familiar with this issue and how to resolve it, it would be greatly appreciated.
