    In response to post #36127385. try verifying the cashe, restarting steam or reinstalling F4. failing that delete clientregistry.blob and see if that helps

    Not sure how it happened but I had the false impression that you could only endorse 1 mod a month, sort of like your own favourite mod of the month. So now all my favourite/stable mods are endorsed and one or two that are really cool but need some work (like the joy of perspective)

    "Have you tried turning your PC on and off again?" indeed your PC not being turned on would hinder the download process somewhat. xD
