Sarcarsis

Oblivion does support ultrawide resolutions natively, but there is one annoying problem. Loading screens are 16:9 and that's wont be a problem if there was just black bars on the sides. Problem is that instead of black bars there is epilepsy inducing flicker fest. Is it possible to fix it somehow? The very first loading screen has black bars. Also Wait box is not full screen. That's a very minor issue, but maybe it is fixable as well?
