Is that in the main room where all the traders are gathered?

So i just got the game the other day. Went to fort moonmoth and i seriously cant find the altar there. Google only brings up two references to my problem with vague answers. Only mod im using is that big sound and graphics overhaul. Is there something I need to do for the altar to appear? I have literally scoured every square inch of the place for the last hour and I can not find it. Please forgive any grammatical errors as I am typing this quickly on my phone.

I have no idea what TC stands for, sorry, but I'm guessing you're asking me eh? I'm from Minnesota. Like I said before, every other game that the nexus supports I can load the mod page(s) for except when it comes to Fallout 3. It just loads and loads and loads and yet nothing ever loads =(

Did not work.

Trying again today and it's worse. Been over a half hour now and not a single thing on the page will appear. Just a blank white looading screen. It's the only game for the nexus that's doing it to me. Am I alone in this? Any suggestions?

I didn't know where else to post this topic so I'll give it a shot here. I mainly play Skyrim but the other day I decided to load up Fallout 3 again and went to check the Nexus for mods and the darn thing just won't load for me. It's been 3 days or so now and it's just not working. It's the only game where I can't load the Nexus site for. It's as if there's beyond excess traffic for the site or there's maintenance going on. Is it just me or is anyone else having problems too?

Hey everyone. My first time posting on this site even though I have been using it a long time (love it btw, gj!). Need some advice here. I decided to try out expert difficulty and was using a Paladin build I found online. So after I got done making my escape and meeting up with the fella's uncle (forgot the town name offhand lol) I decided to meander out and about to do my first quest. I found a wolf. Wolf ate me. Scratched my head and reloaded the game. Setup some better hotkeys of what I would need with what meager pots/weapons/spells I had at this point and went after this deadly beasty of beasts. I got ate again. So for you folks who play on the hardest difficulty setting, do you start off the game on expert right away or do you turn it up at a certain level? If you start it right away then how in the heck do you manage to build up your character at all when a measly beast can eat me in no time at all? I don't plan on cheesing the game by exploiting the smithing/ench/etc (have a bunch of mods that changes them up so you can't anyways). I'm just looking for a quick summary on how to begin to even do something when a wolf can eat me already. Thanks for any help/answers =)
