It's so incredibly simple and everyone had to do it back in the Oblivion and Fallout 3 days! Do people just fall over and die when they're not handed things on a silver platter?

I do believe the sniper rifle you are referring to is the one found at the ruins of this church near the...shoot! can't remember the name of the place!!! :wallbash: but the person carrying the gun is an oais-I think that's how you spell it :sweat: - outcast of sorts. He is hiding in the rafters and the only way to get his gun after killing him is to some how knock his body off the rafters! :sick: his gun has, of course, a scope. :geek:
