How to upload mods to the skyrim nexus?

So how do we upload the save game ESS. file to the nexus? It says the file is not one of the accepted formats.I even removed the mod manager button. It has to be a zip, rar. ,FOMOD , etc. Please help. I'm trying upload http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/66252/? her. -
