I'll include a list of my mods, but I have had an issue for a while that causes only vampires, with the exception of a few named NPCs like Sybille Stentor, to appear with the same dark face bug which many players have encountered. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple mods that I'd fingered to be the culprit as well as performed the Creation Kit Actor F4 fix, all to no avail.
