Hi, I have Summermyst mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6285?tab=description But this mod doesnt show learned enchant: Fortify Destruction and Magicka Regen at enchanting table. Have you any idea why is that happening, occasionally how to revert this change? If I remove mod, enchant is available to be used. I was looking into Creation kit, but found nothing - I am beginner though. Thx for your time

After installing Windows 10 I try to run Skyrim LE with Kountervibe Northernlight´from Mod Organizer. First error was: CreateDXGIFactory2 ... d3d11.dll is missing - I have renamed dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll as this error was connected to SweetFX - at least that what I found on internet. Now error is D3D11CreateDevice was unable to find inputhost.dll. Copy pasting from system32 into skyrim doesnt help, I have downloaded 2 .dll files from internet one 203kb and second 89kb big, but nothing has changed. How to solve that problem? I can not install Win 7 as mouse and keyboard do not react on Intel Z 390 chipset even If I connect old disk with preinstalled windows already. Thx a ton

I play game with rule: u can use only what u find = no buying from merchants. But there is almost none books to be found. Is there some mod which spawns more books into Skyrim or buying spellbooks is only viable way?

If you want to play with ENB, than grab at least 1070 gpu. 1060 is not bad, but for example with Kountervibe ENB youll hit 30 fps from time to time, view form Dragonsreach give cca 45 fps etc.

Also check in Power Options if PCI Express Power Management is off.

I had twice problem similar to urs: 1st - removed Static Mesh Improvement solved problem (most probably problem due loading times mechanic in game and not by mod), 2nd - have resurrected NPC somewhere in game and crashes started to appear near Whiterun - reloading game before resurrection "solved" issue..

I dont know how that mod/sword works, but have you checked by CreationKit.exe if there are limits or restrictions on Muramasa or absorption itself?

I do troubleshooting like that: removing all mods and try to load game to be sure problems are done by mod. Than I pick half of mods and load game again. By adding and removing in half is most effective way imo. I would start with turning off ENB though.

+1 Saves with resurrected NPC will most probably have CTD issues, sooner or later.

I am using both, depends on armor I want to use. Mod Organizer helps to switch UNP to CBBE and vice versa very easily. From observation UNP has more body armors. Most of time using CBBE due Kasandra and Sorceress armors - looks better with CBBE.

For me original Skyrim. I have no CTD . Stable - have turned on for 3 days till I shut down computer. ENB, character customization, all those mods I like.. I have tried Special Edition but graphics and character customization was rather poor on mods - tried like half year ago.

Found it. Its CustomMemoryBlock=1 in CrashfixPlugin.ini.

I forgot name of guide where you did following: In console you typed "command" and game showed you in % how much is occupied in "?cells/blocks?". There was cca 8 lines - "cells/blocks". According to guide you should never go above 90%. If remember well, it started around 50-70 mb. Than you rise value in some file. For me it was cca 120mb. Any idea what that was about? thx a ton

After brief check: files has different names and there is no identical size of files. I doubt you will be able to do that..

I play original Skyrim mainly due 2 factors: Kountervibe ENB and all option to customize my character.

I had problem with ctd around whiterun. I have removed skyrim mesh improvement and it worked for me. ps: this cdt happend after many hours of gameplay...

Tip for troubleshooting: 1) Get rid of all mods which are making new respawns or adding new enemies. 2) Do not use New life/Alternate life as ctd occurs later in game in combination with some mods or some quests. If you find Skyrim stable try to add some mods. I was able to use New/Alternate life working properly only if I wasnt playing main quest. Immersive Creatures working for me only if turning off some of respawns options. Without those two mods I could have turned on Skyrim for days without cdt or whatever, with them in whatever form ctd occurs rarely, but once par day minimum.

I sticked with Kountervibe on 970 nvidia. I am not using trees due better visibility, no weather for same reason, have grass but not density but for more color/diversity. Fps go down to 45 outside in some location and in some fights, but 60 inside no much trouble. Using textures u have, but have also parallax textures and many more, optimized to not load scene for too long.

I have tried RealVision, Aeon, NLVA, Tranquility, Serenity, Organic, Rudy, Soul... I have played one whole game with Tetrachromatic. Now playing only with Kountervibe + Rustic graphic mods and some Parallax graphics.

I have only tips you can give a try (as you have racemenu I assume, you play Skyrim Legendary): mods: Skyrim Particle Patch all in one for ENB Skyrim Subsurface Scattering Patch for ENB Better double check following: Parallax textures ini setup correctly? ENB amount of memory in ini file setup correctly according to enb video memory test? SKSE custom memory block size is changing by amount of graphic mods, is that one adequate? I had 130 but loading time was too long + lot of stutter due hdd; I have optimized to 80mb which makes me when entering shop in whiterun loading screen 3seconds. Unique Shops and Stores.esp is fantastic, but loading time goes to 25 seconds and rise memory consumptioin as well Try to uninstall or patch: RSChildren Skybirds ETaC ENB tips: Try out another ENB if problem persists or try to start game without mods (create new profile in MO, it starts without checked mods) gl ps: I had similiar problem with suddenly drop of fps so it was like in slow motion and it stayed there; it was mod related, but not remember what was cause, if mod, or patch or ENB settings... With shift+enter in ENB menu had to flag fps limit to 58, restarted computer, played a bit with mods (patches) and was out of trouble (dont remember reason/cause). For performance I have also unchecked rays, glare, depth of field, and ambient occlusion (which I like, but impact was rather big). Have I7 with same graphic card you have.

Find out what are names of textures of your character and rewrite them. It doesnt have to work on 100%, but maybe you going to be lucky that mod creator was using same tools/mods as you are.

" I guess rather NMM failed to restore your game into point before mod, I doubt that some residues from new mods can make those troubles. I had similar troubles with NMM. If you install mod back, does it work? If so, than there are some files NMM failed to restore. ps:I have switched to Mod Organizer, after realizing that NMM has troubles like you are describing; once turned off electricity during uninstalling few mods and Skyrim was damaged to the point I couldnt repair it - that was my braking point to move to MO and Wrye. With MO I removed many mods without recommended uninstall procedure and had no problems at all. I play only Legendary edition. I liked NMM because its very easy, but once I have started to use combination of mods, trying to figure out how some mods dependencies are working, or installing/reinstalling textures to choose my best liking, NMM was not good for this kind of operations + fail to go back to restore points few times.

I'm on Win 7 / 8Gb / 2GB Good but kinda old HD Radeon. If I can manage to play without CTDs, so can you. You learn to work with the memory problems Skyrim has. Usually I do a quick play and keep adding mods and test for stability (By entering exiting Whiterun, do a good fight etc) . Only then I start playing for real. A big problem is adding mods when you do your real playthrough. (I know its tempting!) I think that's what I missed to do. I didn't make the game stable first. I just installed tons of mods I like, fixed conflicts and started to play seriously. I never tested one mod than few minutes. I think that's why my SE became so unstable. Thanks. I will try your way next time. I am testing ram usage in whiterun by being in dragonsreach, after going to whiterun and entering shops (no more than 5 seconds). Outside walking from riverwood to thief/warrior/mage stones and checking if game stutter due loading too much. Playing from hdd lately as ssd died few weeks ago.
