Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

I'm trying to make a entire "Windatury" powered by just wind and it looks so stupid with the turbines only going at .5 RPM. Anyone able to speed them up to like 3x-4x the speed to a be a bit more realistic?

Some of them mods on NexusForums have multiple options but I have no idea how the hell I can change them in the Nexus Mod Manager after I initially install and activate them, clicking and disabling and renabling doesn't do anything. What the f*#@ am I missing here?
