yes they released an SDK when they didn't have to, but its the only good thing they did and they profit from that cause the game is still alive thanks to the modders that made this shitty game better. without mods game is 4/10(5/10 tops. no more than that). story line is boring as hell, radiant and faction quests are freaking bad, AI non existent(enemies are just standing there till you beat them to death), difficulty sucks and max lvl of enemies is around 28, and after that they don't level anymore(when you hit 30lvl its better to quit the game cause there's no challenge without mods), combat is boring(TK Combat and elysees-or elysees2 on youtube- mods fix that), graphics are horrible(lightning etc included), and optimization is worse than s#*!. watch a video of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter game, guess what PC specs you must have to play that game with these spectacular graphics, and only after you see video search in google the required specs. Bethesda owns everything to the modders. modders fixed most of the bugs/glitches before Bethesda lazy faks did. if i was Bethesda owner i'd fire my employees and hire the modders since they do better job
