  1. Now it says that the Blender Nif Scripts for 2.5.9 aren't supporting Skyrim, would that cause any issues? Or will downloading a slightly older version suffice? Edit - Problems all sorted, you were a fantastic help. I know it was simple, but believe me you saved me from hours more of searching and frustration. Thanks again!
  2. So as of recently, I decided to take a leap and venture deeper into the world of modding by taking up the use of Blender. My intention was to experiment and create armors, weapons, ect. but in the course of doing so I've reached a troubling road-block so-to-speak. For some reason I can't seem to get the file extensions for .nif files to appear in the import menu of blender. Prior to this post, I forum hopped, and ransacked google for answers, and have tried a number of different things. Yes, I did install nif script, python, and PyFFI (granted I wasn't sure whether I have the appropriate versions, as I tried many different ones ;/) I'd rather not get into how many times I've attempted re-installing, restarting, and otherwise trying my best not to pull my hair out. I post this in hopes of someone else having had shared in my plight, and are willing to lend a hand. Links to the most recent and working version would be extremely helpful, and any suggestions will be noted, and deeply appreciated. P.S. - Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure if the troubleshooting thread covered this issue.
  3. I'd appreciate it so much! Thanks for putting some thought to it
  4. As odd as this may sound, I'd really like someone to create a coffin-like backpack or case. http://www.flickr.com/photos/23880591@N04/2272961550/ For those who're familiar with it, I'd like something a lot like Hagi's Case from Blood+. Now it doesn't need to be big, or even offer any sort of beneficial effect, just as an equipable accessory would be awesome. Preferably one that doesn't conflict with my Scarf from Tona's and is worn on the back, I kinda got this awesome vampire hunter look going and would love to finish it off with this. Much appreciation to anyone out there with the time to spare on my little request ;D
  5. I think the other guy working on a dual wielding mod (kinda) has just about what I'm looking for. All it needs is the arm raised, and the muzzle flash and it'd be perfect
  6. I see, well, maybe someone will want it just as much as I do at some point. Someone with the skills and drive for it? Who knows, like I said time will tell.
  7. Something simple like that, make single weapon with the animations for akimbo. The looks are my only concern, but if that it's self is too difficult, I can wait. In due time, a version of this may come out. Time will tell ;3
  8. No takers? Well, I hope to see this up one day, thanks for your time.
  9. An animation thing huh? Well to be completely honest, I could live with just the looks. The additional damage is just a bonus, but would it be possible to do it with New Vegas? Oblivion and New Vegas are two different games.
  10. Well one can hope right? Who knows, maybe it'll become possible in an overhaul eventually. Thanks for answering, I appreciate the info.
  11. I was wondering if anyone would would be willing to fulfill this request for me. I would deeply appreciate it if someone would be willing to create a custom pistol for me. If it all possible, could someone make a New Vegas replica of the Cerberus gun from Final Fantasy. Much like this... http://animeha.com/images/156/la-replique-cerberus-vincent_38410.jpg It's a tri-barrel gun with high caliber rounds. Again, I'd deeply appreciate it if someone could pull this together, and thank you in advance.
  12. Now, I'm pretty sure this has probably come up before. I also understand the complexity that this may imply. Since I started playing NV I've had this serious itch, I happen to have several pistols, and one-handed weapons I love to carry with me but have always wanted to use more than one at one time. Well it goes without saying that I'm sure I'm not the only one, and well the concept sounds awesome. A suggestion could be possibly making the off-hand weapon fire with the right click, or fire in tandem with one another. I haven't thoroughly thought this through, but I'd appreciate any suggestions to make this idea a reality.
