  1. Hi, you can change the language of the game in steam: rightclick on the game -> properties -> languagetab (rechtsclick auf das Spiel -> Eigenschaften -> Sprache) and select the language you want. The game will download and install the required files after you changed the language. greetings koohii54
  2. Hi, I would say: depends. If you're talking about the working vanilla bookshelfs (where you can put in a fixed amount of books with activating it): You will not going to copy a "working" bookshelf. You've to put the books into the shelf manual (like you would have to do when just copying a normal shelf). You might try to use positioner together with Spawnable Bookshelf (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73647/?) but I haven't tried that yet. (How did I miss that mod oO) When you just start with using Jaxonz positioner, maybe one more tip: When you copy a lot of objects, they will take up space in your inventory (20 weight for each object no matter of its size). You might set this to a lower value / 0 on the mcm-settings. greetings koohii54
  3. Hi, When you want to "skip" the opening scene with mods like "Alternate Start - Live another Life" you should disable the "Original Opening Scene"-mod. SKSE is installed ? When you start Skyrim-launcher (not the game itself) via steam: Any chance to chose 1440x900 in the options? Check the "Aspect Ratio", change it according to your resolution and check if it shows your resolution there. And it's not the number of mods.... It's the kind of mods that makes the difference. If I would install 2 or 3 of the huge graphic mods on my system -> game over. 50 clothes and armor mods -> no problem. greetings koohii54
  4. Hi, I've a question to prevent misunderstanding: You had all the mods installed (I'm talking especially about the graphic-mods), Skyrim was running fine (fine as in "stable"), your hdd said "I hate you", you reinstalled windows etc on the same PC (hardware) and the trouble started ? Have you added graphic mods after your hdd had to be redone? Which ones? And did the problems start before or after you updated the graphics driver? You might not like the following, but... have you tried to switch the graphics to "low" to see if that improves your performance or if the issue still occurs ? As I'm not using LOOT: Is the order of the mods in the log the same as your load order ? (except for the high res stuff of course as you disabled it) Oh and with that amount of mods .... how about temperature of your laptop ? That's just a few "first thoughts"... greetings koohii54 edit: As you reinstalled your operating system etc. check if your laptop is running on some sort of "energy saving"-mode.
  5. Hi. That message usually means, you just uninstalled a mod which is now missing. Which mod have you uninstalled ? There are some mods which aren't really safe for uninstalling during a playthrough. Does it only happen in Whiterun or in other Cities too ? Have you tried to load an earlier savegame (an autosave right before that one or something like that)? Does it happen in that case too ? greetings koohii54
  6. Hi. Sorry, I was a little bit tired earlier. And I guess we have a misunderstanding. First for the compatibility I was referring to the "normal" Skyrim and not SE (in case you're talking about Skyrim SE). On the Hunterborn page it is stated: Hunting in Skyrim is fully compatible. The option to use HiS skinned animal models can be enabled in the Hunterborn MCM. That's what I was referring to as "patch". But I tested it only with the 1.37 version of "Hunting in Skyrim". If you install it, Hunterborn will use that skinning system ("naked" animals instead of "normal" ones). It wasn't necessarry to change something in the MCM of Hunterborn. But as I said earlier: I don't know if it works the same with version 2.0 of "Hunting in Skyrim". And I misunderstood what you meant with "merge". I thought you were referring to having too many plugins / files and need to merge some of them to have less and can get new plugins. Sorry, no idea if what you want is possible or how to do it. greetings koohii54
  7. Hi, I haven't installed "Hunting in Skyrim" for a long time. Because I don't like the skinning part of that one (I always felt sorry for the animals... somehow.... ). Ok I've Hunterborn running and just installed "Hunting in Skyrim" -> without specific patch, settings (was "Hunting in Skyrim" without MCM ?) it's using the skinning system from "Hunting in Skyrim". So in theory I guess you can "switch" back to the skinning system from Hunterborn when you can configure "Hunting in Skyrim". But that's only for the "old Hunting in Skyrim" (1.37). I'm not going to test it with "Hunting in Skyrim" 2.0 because as far as I read it doesn't have the quests yet. @Dusty4life: Even if it's possible to merge those two mods (as I said I don't know the "rules" for merges on Skyrim), I probably wouldn't merge a mod in progress which might be changed several times in the near future (in case @Fireldar is referring to the 2.0-version of "Hunting in Skyrim"). greetings koohii54
  8. Hi. The old version of "Hunting in Skyrim" (1.37) was compatible with Hunterborn. You "only" have to decide for one skinning system (disable the one from Hunterborn within Hunterborn or get the patch for "Hunting in Skyrim" to use the one from Hunterborn) and if I remember correctly you have to choose "manual loot" on the first (?) "Hunting in Skyrim"-quest. But there's a new 2.0 version with lots of changes which (at least on the non-SE-site) is considered "beta". I don't know if that one is compatible to Hunterborn or not. I can't tell you how to exactly merge mods on skyrim and the "rules" for it. Sorry. But maybe have a look at this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69905/? (You should find a guide somewhere.) greetings koohii54 edit: @Dusty4life are you referring to the "Hunting in Skyrim" 2.0-version or the old one ?
  9. Hi. @KillshootUNO the second one should be this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59399/? greetings koohii54
  10. Hi, just in case somebody cares: While searching for a fix for the high cpu-usage at the start of the game, I came across this: http://www.gamepur.com/guide/24760-skyrim-special-edition-error-fix-black-screen-startup-transfer-old-saves.html "6: Fix for Low FPS" Forcing SkyrimSE.exe (not the launcher - if you try it with the launcher.exe it won't work) to use the nvidia graphics (in case you have an intel too) seems to solve the bug with the vertical line and the "shadow stripes" too. I'm not quite sure as I don't know enough about graphic cards etc but probably the reason for those 2 bugs is the game trying to start on the intel graphic before "switching" to the nvidia one. The performance didn't increase for me, but at least those 2 bugs were fixed and my cpu no longer runs at 100% at the start. Sorry for bad English. I hope it somehow became clear. greetings koohii54
  11. Hi, first time I checked the load order of those 3 on NMM today... I thought it would be sorted in the order they were published, but NMM seems to have a different opinion. NMM Skyrim Special Edition by default: Dawnguard.esm Dragonborn.esm HeartFires.esm NMM Skyrim (I'm using legendary edition) by default (at least I think it's still default as I can't imagine a reason to change the order): Dragonborn.esm HeartFires.esm Dawnguard.esm I've no issues with these load orders for the DLC's although it would make more sense in my little opinion to sort them be "published". greetings koohii54
  12. Hi, you might try to disable godrays. For me it solved the problem with the "vertical line". Just try low quality as godrays are disabled on low by default (no need to reinstall the game for this). @IE33: You just helped me to get rid of lots of "shadow stripes" with disabled Screen Space Ambient Occlusion. Thank you. :) For the other graphic issues: Sorry, but no idea. greetings koohii54
