Gamma is at default, brightness low. All the warmer lights aren't on btw

Bump, couldn't find anything that Realistic Lighting affected.

Is there a way to tone it down?

Hey guys, I'm very puzzled on this. And I've checked every mod and none of them would cause this. For some reason, there are inivisble NPCs blocking my way when I enter any door or fast travel anywhere. It feels like there are 6-8 of them or so. I can barely move if it's a tight place, but usually I can walk around them. I know it's NPCs because I constantly hear "Can I help you?", or "How are you?" or when I shout they talk about how I'm the dragonborn. I tried to attack them, and nothing. I tried to console command kill/disable them, and I can't select them. When I breath fire, there aren't silhouettes or anything. Does anyone have the slightest idea what this could be?

I noticed at 6am, the scope doesn't turn to a normal scope like it does around 9am. At 6 it starts getting light and the night scope becomes annoying. So I went into the GECK to see if I could change the time the scope changes to something like 6am to 8pm or something, but found no such thing. Anyone know the correct way to go by doing this?

I occasionally like the head decapitation but I don't think all my shots should decapitate. Only like 1 in 100 should. How can I modify the chance? I don't like the explosion much that either, I wish I could just shoot in the head and no ones head would just implode.

If you find a way to make it work...think you can do the same for Freeside? Many pointless blockades there too

I don't see Fallout 3 music in the folders. But yeah, I hope a huge music mod comes out that uses music from the same time period. I had this problem in Fallout 3 too, just the same stuff over and over. It's annoying.

Only problem I have is the "wanna look at an npc? well no, go away, here, take this 3 frames per second..." Which makes the game, completely, unplayable...unless I wanna just walk around...

I'm experiencing low FPS as well. Just randomly too, it's the strangest thing.

So you did check them as read only right? I didn't quite understand that sentence.

Essentially, will they work bug free? I don't see how it would affect anything to cause any bugs.
