I have never made a mod for any Bethesda games and I wanna try my hand at making a hair mod. I was wondering if you can rip the main character from the game to use as a measurement for the hair or anything I can just pop into Maya and start modelling around. any other tips regarding this topic is also appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Im looking for a mod that changes the values of the ammo in the game to make them more reliable and stronger for a sort of "pacifist/minimal damage" build, I would do this my self but im too stupid.
