  1. I need to set an item from another mod as an recipe ingredient. The problem the modded item is set to use an alternate ID if there's a mod conflict, so I don't want to simply put down its default ID. What I would use is something like this: "Recipe Name": "645 1 MODDED_ITEM_ID 1 2 787 1/Home/24/false/Farming 9"If it's possible, I don't know what I would use in place of "MODDED_ITEM_ID".
  2. Thanks for trying :D. I got help on reddit. I had an extra bracket at the end that threw me off. There was supposed to be a another bracket to close "ConfigSchema" before "Changes".
  3. According to Visual Studio Code, it's UTF-8, which is the same as a file from "Elle's Town Animals"'s content.json which is also UTF-8.
  4. My SMAPI log: https://smapi.io/log/b42f257627d3421d8515e7c4f601414f My content.json: https://pastebin.com/q6BLUHF3 According to visual studio code and some other programs, my json is valid. I can't figure out what to do. Edit: If I replace the square brackets with curly ones, it gives me this error: https://smapi.io/json/content-patcher/0f3481b3459545458167f0be84fb8fb2
  5. I randomly got this weird bug happening: https://imgur.com/xmRvnk7 I disabled my mods (both sides of mod organizer 2), re-installed skyrim se and skse, and set my graphical settings as low as possible (the picture is before I turn the graphics down), and it's still happening. EDIT: I tried backing up then deleting my Documents>My Games>Skyrim Special Edition folder, and it cleared up the problem. I still haven't figured out what's causing it, but I at least pinpointed it to that folder. EDIT: Okay, there's something wrong with my Skyrim.INI file. I deleted and regenerated a new one and it's working fine. The problem I have now is I tried regenerating the Skyrim.INI in my Mod Organizer profile and replacing it with the one from MyGames>Skyrim Special Edition, but the problem is still there. EDIT: Okay, so I deleted all the INI's that the profile can take from the vanilla folder and regenerated them and it works fine. The corrupted files could be opened with Notepad++ and using comparison tools, I found that they're identical. I used BethINI right before it happened (with Mod Organizer closed), so I don't know how, but I think it caused it.
  6. I'm trying to alter the smithing tree to include perks from Vokrii and Smithing Perks Overhaul. After I make all the changes it seems fine, but when save the mod then load it in-game, there are perks and connections missing. When re-load the my mod in creation kit, some of the modded perks now say "Invalid Perk".
  7. Diversity reverts some of USSEP's changes, which I don't think is intentional. I cloned Smash. All and named the clone Smash.AllExceptNPCPackages. In Smash.AllExceptNPCPackages, and unticked the NPC Packages checkbox. I set USSEP to Smash. All and Diversity to Smash.AllExceptNPCPackages. Diversity comes after USSEP and overwrites the USSEP's package changes in a way that I don't believe is intentional. Mator Smash which loads after Diversity isn't taking USSEP's NPC package record (even though it's set to Smash. All), so it isn't overwriting Diversity's bad change: What should I be doing to fix this (besides manually copying USSEP changes in xEdit)?
  8. We've done all we can do ... and I was 90% sure it was connected to the Motherboard. But let's take one last step: .... You might try totally Removing Skyrim SE and do a complete total clean reinstall of the game. If yo have not done so already?????? But .... Here is the issue - I'm 95% sure that your Video Card is ' dying ' and/or is unable to deal with Skyrim SE any further. ... So is your computer and/or motherboard still in warranty get it looked at. ... If it's not, does your motherboard allow you to turn OFF ( Disable ) the Video and allow you to get a Video Card? My reason is on board video cards have a bad habit of dying an early death due to lack of overheating and break down. I already did a complete reinstall. My graphics card dying is probably it. I don't know how long this has been going on now, but for the more than a year my computer will freeze up every now an then when playing something like Minecraft or Terraria. Strangely, it rarely ever freezes with Skyrim even though the graphic quality is much higher. I've gone through a lot to fix it, and I even completely reset my PC, but it still happens, especially if I run Google Chrome at the same time. I hope to get a new PC eventually, I guess for now I'll have the Godrays off. Thanks for all your effort.
  9. It's attached to the motherboard. I tried to update my video card driver and it said the best update is already installed.
  10. I'm not sure what you mean by moving them. Do you mean take all the "Skyrim - Textures0.bsa", "Skyrim - Textures1.bsa", etc. and move them to another folder somewhere? I tried moving them to a temporary folder on my desktop, but running my game after that caused everything to turn purple, then I got a crash to desktop when loading the save file.
  11. The mods you listed are the only ones I have loaded. Here's a pic of my game folder: https://imgur.com/uoIlt5X and here's a pic of my Data folder: https://imgur.com/RF6ltiB Resetting the options turned the godrays option off, but I tried it anyway and there weren't any godrays. I turned the godrays back on and the dark line was back.
  12. After disabling everything and running the game through the vanilla launcher without mod organizer 2, it still wasn't working. I then uninstalled Skyrim SE, deleted the game folder it left behind, reinstalled the game (just the game, no skse64 or enbs), and ran it through the vanilla launcher without mod organizer 2, and the problem is still there.
  13. Sorry, the list is small so I didn't think it mattered. Here's my mod list:
  14. I don't have any ENB's installed, and I'm using a mod organizer profile with only the unofficial patch, insignificant object remover, alternate start, and skyui installed (I tried turning off skyui, but that didn't work). I set the resolution as low as I could in BethINI and I changed the resolution to as low as I can in windowed mode. Then i tried setting it as low as I could in full screen mode. Both times, it just moved the dark line around. Windowed mode (800 x 450): https://imgur.com/WJ0T5g9 (the line is now on the left) Fullscreen mode (1280 x 720): https://imgur.com/wxkNns5 (the line is now on the left, and there's a new line towards the right)
  15. I just recently got back into Skyrim SE and I just shut the Godrays off in the past because of this problem. I figured by now there would be a lot a post about it that I can google up but I found nothing. When using Godrays, there's a line in the center of the screen where the Godrays aren't showing up which cause a dark line in the center of the screen: https://imgur.com/SZnBZW8 It's frustrating that this feature exists and I'm not able to use it. My specs: Processor: IntelĀ® Core i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70 GHzRam: 8GB (7.81GB Usable)Graphics Card: IntelĀ® HD Graphics 4400I've been able to get my Skyrim SE to run smoothly with BethINI, but I can't solve this Godray problem.
