  2. It would effect other mods and perhaps the actual game quests if Primm was put in its own cell. You would be better off scripting it so that after the convicts get kicked out of town a week later walls appear as well as defences and guards.
  3. That could be easily done enough all you would have to do is make a new ammo list so that it contains lets say 5mm ammo and 40mm grenade ammo. All you would have to do is use the same projectiles just copy and edit the 40mm ammo to 20mm and wulla you have yourself a gun that fires bullets and grenades. Next all you would have to do then is get a gun mesh that has a undermounted grenade launcher. That would be basically all you would have to do. Yay :)
  4. I'm not sure if this will help, but you might need to do some scripting to allow this to work how you want it to. Because of course spells don't exist in fallout so scripting would be your best bet. If you are unsure about scripting try to ask another member about it and see where that gets you.
  5. I was just thinking of making a mod to add more people in Primm. It should not be that hard depending on how big you want the town population to be. Only problem is if you want more people outside, unless you script it so they don't change their time patterns untill after you get rid of the convicts. Unless you do want them to have a few battle but I guess this would be ok if you had an adaquette amount of guards patrolling. But yes it would be a good idea to make Primm more "lively"by expanding the towns people instead of having only like 6 people and a robot. Also adding more livable houses would be a good idea, I mean just adding a bunch of people into a casino will just go wrong. But yes it would be a great idea to expand Primm for more immersion and a place to go to have fun besides New Vegas (gambling wise). You could also have convicts on one side of town ad muties on the other, or both on 1 side depending on how you want it to go down. You could have town guard putting up a defensive wall to stop them. A junk fence, a couple of towers and service rifles could do the trick. But these are just my ideas. :biggrin:
  6. Hey guys, I was wandering if any body knows how to make destructible meshes for New Vegas. I'm looking for wooden barricades in paticular because I'm trying to help Cag93 with his mod and he wants to be able to board up a window or door which can then be teared down by enemies. If someone could also help with the scripting involved with allowing someone to walk up to a window and activating it so that boards appear. I think he is going for the black ops style zombies barricade repairing. If no one can create the meshes could they see if they know how to remove the wood using scripting. It would be a great help if someone could lend a hand in this matter. 8)
